Flow Yoga
To access the body as a way of knowing, movement “rituals”
are recapitulated as a method to tap into our inner bodily knowledge.
As students develop the ability to listen to their bodily sensations,
an inner dialogue begins to take place. Through exploration and
questioning, our truer essence is free to emerge.
This class is designed for all levels of practice. Beginners will
feel very comfortable participating as the focus is on relaxation
and gentle stretching. Traditional Yoga postures are explored. This
class can be considered a "moving meditation", and it
requires commitment and regular practice to experience its full
benefit.

Be Prepared For Class:
• Arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of class to sign-in and
set up
• Wear comfortable & supportive clothing
• Please bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the studio
