Sling Yoga


Sling Yoga is a new, exciting approach to yoga that incorporates a hammock to support and encourage a deeper experience. Utilizing gravity, students learn to release tension and relax to become more flexibile while simulataneously decompressing the joints. Sling Yoga is a unique technique that must be experienced to be appreciated. No experience is necessary.

 

Be Prepared For Class:

• Arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of class to sign-in and set up
• Wear comfortable & supportive clothing
• Bring a water bottle and towel
• Refrain from wearing facial make-up to protect the integrity of the Yoga Slings. You will be asked to wipe off make-up prior to class start. The slings are white and will absorb lipstick, mascara, etc.!!
• Do not wear oily or sticky hair products that may saturate the Yoga Slings.
